In January, we highlight the laminations of our Premium Collection Overlaminate because we know the importance of protecting printed objects and surfaces with certified, resistant and durable materials.
How the lamination protects?
Lamination is used in the graphic finishing process. It is a very thin, transparent film, which will serve as protection for the prints, offering greater durability and resistance. It can be applied to different types of paper, such as couche, duplex, glossy or common sulfite. After laminating, prints can be applied to flat or curved objects and surfaces.
Lamination has been an effective solution and the benefits it offers in several applications reinforce its relevance in the market. Starting at the aesthetic level, it enhances the colors of the print, increasing its brightness and other effects. Durability is greater as it contributes to resistance and protection, also increasing protection against UV radiation and the wear caused by the environment.
Highlighted decal laminations
There are four ranges of decal lamination products that adapt to different surfaces and with various uses, in addition to ensuring the elimination of milky and silvering effects.
Monomeric (Monomeric Lamination) and polymeric (Polymeric Lamination) laminations are used in visual communication applications. Both are suitable for printing with water-based, solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex inks.
The ecological aspect has great expression in our products, and the PVC Free Lamination range, produced without plasticizers, is the proof of this. It is a cold lamination, indicated for materials printed with water-based, solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex inks.
When the concern is focused on hygiene, we highlight Microbial Free Lamination products, developed with antimicrobial agents. Its application on printed objects and surfaces reduces bacteria by 99.99% and controls their multiplication 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is indicated for printing with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex inks.
