CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS

DISCOUNT VOUCHER
The issue of the discount voucher is valid in the following situations:
a) Any order of any product in campaign, purchased on decal´s online store by the customer during the campaign in place, orders placed by account managers are not allowed
b) Vouchers are valid for 60 days after its issue
c) The discount is only applicable when purchasing decal consumables, except for labelling products and inks
d) The voucher's discount can be applied to a future order for any product in the eligible categories
e) The value of the voucher can be applied to customer/item discounts, being calculated on the net PV of the products
f) Monthly campaigns cannot be combined with others that are in force at the time of purchase
g) If the discount is applied to the purchase of other products in campaign, a new voucher will not be issued
h) The value of the next order must be equal to or greater than the discount amount, otherwise the difference is lost

SATISFACTION SEAL
Decal's 100% satisfaction seal has the following conditions:
a) The satisfaction guarantee only covers the quality of decal's products
b) The period for claiming non-satisfaction is 15 days
c) The money is returned by credit note in a current account, and the corresponding amount can be used in future purchases
